Создать платёж

Создаёт платёжную транзакцию. Сумма — минорные единицы, плюс ваш external_id.

Если выбранный метод помечен «Особые требования», передайте стабильный ID плательщика из вашей системы в metadata.userId.

СБП (RUB): можно передать currency=RUB или currency=USD как intent — платформа посчитает RUB-charge по mid Rapira (без fx_markup). В ответе валюта платежа будет RUB. Merchant FX применяется один раз при зачислении на баланс, не при create.

В ответе будут данные для оплаты: payment_url или requisites, если метод их поддерживает. Финальный статус придёт webhook-ом.
